The current service
This release is a static vehicle-information site. It has no account, sign-in, contact form, quote request, or vehicle identification number lookup. If these features are added later, this policy will be updated before they are offered.
Information processed when you visit
Claimbrook is delivered and protected by Cloudflare Pages. As with an ordinary website request, Cloudflare can process your internet protocol address, request date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and device information, and security or error information. Eldhurst LLC may access request or summary records made available by Cloudflare for security, availability, abuse prevention, debugging, and legal compliance.
Information you send by email
If you email us, we receive your email address and the name, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. We use it to answer you, investigate corrections or accessibility issues, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not email a vehicle identification number or sensitive personal information.
Published government records
The site's vehicle statistics come from public government sources and are not collected from site visitors. Public pages exclude vehicle identification numbers, complaint narratives, and source fields that may contain personal contact details.
How information is used
- Deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the site.
- Detect abuse and protect visitors and the service.
- Respond to email and correct supported errors.
- Comply with law and enforce the site's terms.
When information is disclosed
Cloudflare processes website requests as the hosting and security provider. We can also disclose information to professional advisers who owe confidentiality duties, when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety or comply with valid legal process, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale involving the service. Claimbrook does not sell visitor personal information or share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, tracking, and local printing
Claimbrook does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies and does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics, or third-party tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies depending on its configuration. The Print / Save as PDF button invokes your browser's local print dialog; Claimbrook does not receive or store the resulting report.

Retention
Eldhurst LLC keeps information it controls only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, correction history, disputes, and legal obligations, then deletes or de-identifies it when practical. Cloudflare controls retention of information in its systems under its own policies and service settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing . Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy, restrict certain processing, opt out of certain disclosures, use an authorized agent, or appeal a denied request. We may need information to verify that a request concerns you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
The current service does not sell personal information, use or disclose sensitive personal information for unrelated purposes, offer a financial incentive for personal information, use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, or use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. Claimbrook has not sold or shared visitor personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding twelve months, so there is presently no related opt-out to process.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this static service. No internet transmission, provider, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
Claimbrook is a general-audience vehicle-information service and is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information can contact us for deletion.
United States processing
Eldhurst LLC operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in locations where Cloudflare or other permitted providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised policy and change the effective date. Material changes will be described in a reasonably prominent way before or when they take effect.
